The owner is a very friendly person his other store is very good too. If you like sugar absolutely my recommendation. It tastes good, there is a lot of choice and you feel very comfortable while you eat the waffle because the shop is very nicely decorated. Something rare in Iserlohn. The staff are nice and cool too and the prices are fair too. Keep it up!

Staff is untalented way too slow, I am you would be better at 17 you should consider hiring me and my girlfriend 17 would rock the store 😉

It was to ghetto us. The two employees (young girls) were mega chaotic and actually had no plan what to do and how. They also talked out loud about how haphazard they are and what they did wrong with other guests "Sorry Bro" "Dude ..." "Yeah, man ..." somehow very unprofessional. That completely destroyed the feel-good factor. We didn't have quite what we ordered on our waffles either. But it still tasted good. Therefor 2 stars. We probably won't be back. Edit: the answer to my review illustrates the unproffessionality. Wow! I also forgot to mention that one of the employees wore her mask under her nose. But as a guest, it's definitely my fault.
